Since jewelry is a delicate and personal item, we follow a strict hygiene and quality assurance process. However, your complete satisfaction is what matters most to us! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to make it right.

Return Window Returns and exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Item significantly different from product description

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without product tag and original packaging
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered (please refer to our size guide before purchasing)

Process

  • Product tag should be intact to process any return or exchange
  • Please record a brief, continuous unboxing video starting from opening the sealed outer courier flyer to revealing the product.
  • Send us the unboxing video along with your Order ID on WhatsApp at +91 9100151489 or email us at support@tanmanncollections.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.
  • Once received and inspected, an exchange or store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Please Note

  • Imitation jewelry is delicate by nature. We recommend reviewing our Care Guide before use to ensure longevity.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before dispatch by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing us. A full refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • We request you to make an informed decision before going ahead with the purchase. Our support team can help you through the process of selecting the your favourite jewelry to avoid a later cancellation possibility.
